Ltd.. and its associates, affiliates, subsidiaries, joint venture companies, group companies, ( “ACPL”, “Avcon Controls”, “we/us”) may collect any data which is directly relevant to, and can be used to identify an individual (Personal Data) . ACPL is committed to ensuring that any Personal Data we receive is protected and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, thus this Privacy Policy describes how ACPL collects, uses, shares and retains such data during and after an individual’s engagement or relationship with us.

Our Applications obtain the information you provide when you download and register the Application, however registration with us is optional. You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
